The Corum legendary Admiral’s Cup collection has been joined by a chic model for city dwellers - Corum Admiral's Cup GMT 44. The case of the Admiral’s Cup GMT 44 watch is crafted from red gold, red gold in combination with steel or steel. The case measures 44mm in diameter and demonstrates satin-brushed and polished surfaces.
The steel and steel/red gold versions of the timepiece boast 100-meter water-resistance, while the red gold version is 50-meter water-resistant.
The pure, understated dial, in white or black, features a date window at 3 o’clock. The rim is completed with the second time-zone markings. The time in the second time zone is indicated by a distinctively red arrow-tipped central hand. You will also notice a flange completed with the 12 miniaturized nautical pennants, maintaining the heritage of the Admiral’s Cup collection.
The case construction incorporates a solid screw-down case-back, demonstrating the engraving of the Admiral’s Cup trophy. There is also one more version of the timepiece with a case-back having a sapphire crystal that allows to admire the movement.
The Corum replica watch is animated by a mechanical self-winding CO383 movement that provides the hour, minute, seconds and date functions, as well as the dual time-zone display. The oscillating weight is engraved with “CORUM.” The movement, revealing rhodium-plated finishes, offers a 42-hour power reserve.

Corum intends to produce about 1,000 pieces of the timepiece in 2009.
